Psychotic Viridis Records brings you our second release, “Perfect Nightmare”, compiled by Dark River. It..s a free project, which means that we are making it available for free download. According to the compiler, the intent for this album was to design an ecletic tracklist among the main psytrance styles. The cd starts with the melodic masterpiece “Genesis” written and produced by Twisted and Balistic Sound (from Brazil and Israel respectively), then followed by the Macedonian TRY2FLY with their highly addictive track “Shrooms”, recommended for any trip ouside of the galaxy. The new artists from Mexico Hyper.active and Sphere Dry are next, with their melodic and uplifting full on productions indicated for morning trance lovers. The fifth track is “The reporter” by the brazilian producer Wise Freakz from Sao Paulo city. The song has groovy basslines, aereal pads and a serious climate, top class production. “Green Goblin” song by the brazilian producers Samauma and FXor (former SOD) starts the night-oriented section of the compilation, bringing cutting edge darkpsy to our audition . Heavy basslines, high bpm, neurotic synths and dark insanity. The following track is “Poison Paradise”, by Psychoz, live project based in Nuremberg, Germany. The soundline here is also extreme, with high bpm, fast feeling and an intelligent structure. “Mindgrinder” from Assault Junkies (Italy) is a darker track, really fast and night-oriented. This one will surely please night full on lovers. The next track is “Rebellion” from the brazilian project Rebel Assault, that keeps up with the darker and faster part of the compilation. Rebel Assault is a brand new project from the city of Goiania (Brazil) that has been releasing really crazy material. The closing track is the title of the album “Perfect Nightmare” wich was chosen after a really disturbing nightmare about “ war” that the artist had, where he heard the lead synth of the song in his head for the first time... The song starts with a dark-groove intro, then becoming faster and hallucinating, representing the path to war which he saw in his twisted nightmare. The nightmare ends bringing back the strong Winston Churchill’s voice.
